Capacity Building for Credible Local Elections (CAB4CLE) Project

Location: Angola

DWF is currently implementing a U.S. Department of State project in Angola, the CSO Capacity Building for Credible Local Elections (CAB4CLE) Project. The Project Goal is to build the Angolan civil society capacity to effectively champion for democratic governance and contribute to the holding of credible local government elections.

DWF Angola seeks the following Short-Term Technical Experts (STTE) –

Interested consultants may apply by sending the following to recruitment@democracyworksfoundation.org, clearly indicating in the subject line of the email which call they are responding to:

I. A technical proposal with a brief description of why the individual is suitable for the assignment, approach to the task and proposed methodology.

II. A CV indicating educational background/professional qualifications, previous experience and contact details (email and telephone number) for 3 traceable referees.

II. Financial proposal or budget that indicates the all-inclusive consultancy fee applicable, supported by a breakdown of costs.

Submissions must reach us before 16h00 on 25 February 2023 to be considered.

Only those shortlisted will be notified for interviews. DWF will hold interviews virtually using MS Teams, and applicants must ensure that they are familiar with this platform and have a stable internet connection.

If you have not heard from us within two (2) weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
